What are the payment options?
We accept visa, mastercard,american express, discover, dinersclub, and jcb payments
What is your return policy?
Due to Slime being an expendable product which degrades over time and for health and sanitary reasons, Slime cannot be returned, even if it is unopened. If you are still unhappy with your product, or the product arrived damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number and details.
Cancellations must be done within the first 3 hours of placing your order. After that, we begin production of your order immediately and are unable to cancel orders once the production process has started.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship within United States.
Where is my order?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you feel as though your package has been lost or stolen, you must contact the shipping provider and file a claim.
We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides us, so if we receive an incorrect or incomplete address (i.e., zip code, missing apt/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is returned to us, you will be charged shipping fee per package to have the package(s) re-shipped.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR FULL AND COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS.
For customers who elect to cancel their orders, the order will be subject to a re-stocking fee.
Any and all shipping costs cannot be refunded.
We are not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.
If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make address corrections to your package.
If your package is re-routed, returned or lost, all policies listed above apply.
